The Grey
A campaign design project I did for my uni, the Academy of Digital Arts, for a theoretical 2D animated series called The Grey! The story is set in a fictional version of Chicago in the 1920s and is centered around the murder of Chicago's mayor... The detective tasked with solving the crime is the first character you see, Detective Jason Clare. These are 8 characters that are part of the world. I was very inspired by 1920s illustrations for my art style when designing them, and brought in some dramatic lighting to play into the film noir style a bit.
